To enter Coloseum Club, you must be at least 18 years old and present a valid identification document upon entry. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter.

Upon entry, you are required to register at the reception desk by presenting a valid identification document – an ID card, passport, or driving licence.
Entry is not permitted with an expired document, a copy of a document, a photograph, or a scanned/digital version of a document on a mobile phone or any other device. An original, valid identification document must be presented.

Regular entry to Coloseum Club is free of charge.
For certain concerts, parties, and other entertainment events, an entrance ticket may be required. Information about ticket prices and entry conditions for each such event is published separately.

Formal or evening wear is not required, but guests are expected to be neatly dressed.
Entry is not permitted in shorts, slippers, or sportswear.

No. In accordance with the regulations of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, casino entry is permitted only to adults. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter, even when accompanied by a parent or another adult.

We accept VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and Maestro cards, as well as the following currencies: Convertible Mark (BAM), Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), Swiss Franc (CHF), Turkish Lira (TRY), Australian Dollar (AUD) and British Pound (GBP), according to the current exchange rates.

In accordance with the legislation of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Coloseum Club reserves the right to deny entry to players or visitors who violate the rules of play or the house rules.
The ban is imposed by Coloseum Club staff, and its duration depends on the seriousness of the violation. Bans for minor violations may be short-term, ranging from one month to one year, while bans for more serious violations may last for several years. In cases of particularly serious violations, including any attempted cheating during play, the ban may be permanent.
A guest who has been banned from entering may submit a written request for the ban to be lifted, either using the designated form or by submitting a letter addressed to casino management. Management reviews each case individually and decides whether the request may be approved.

Yes. Any Coloseum Club guest may request a self-exclusion from Coloseum Club at any time.
To request self-exclusion, please contact a member of Coloseum Club staff, most commonly the staff at the gaming tables or slot machines. After your identity has been verified using a valid identification document, you will be provided with the designated self-exclusion form, which must be completed and signed.
The form specifies the duration of the self-exclusion, for a period of up to one month. The self-exclusion automatically expires on the date stated on the form. A self-exclusion request can only be made in person at Coloseum Club.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming excessive, or if family members or people close to you have expressed concerns, we recommend addressing the issue as soon as possible.
You may contact your host or a member of the casino staff, who can provide information about the available options and refer you to qualified professionals who can offer assistance.

You can use your collected points for a variety of benefits, including gaming, food and beverages, as well as merchandise displayed in the IPC showcase.
You can check the number of points required for each service or benefit at the IPC kiosk.

If you lose your card, please contact the reception staff during your next visit.
If your card has been found, it will be returned to you. Otherwise, a new card will be issued. All benefits and points accumulated up to that point will be transferred to your new card.

Only points are stored on the IPC card.
When playing on a slot machine, you need to print a ticket, which can then be exchanged for cash at the cashier or self-service cashier.

A limited number of free parking spaces are available to guests in front of Coloseum Club. Paid public parking is also available nearby.
